Before your custom product is pressed and ready for shipping, you will receive proof for review and confirmation. It is very important that you carefully review this proof, as we do not accept returns or exchanges based on design or personalization mistakes after your approval.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because every item is custom-made based on your confirmed proof, no returns or exchanges are accepted unless we send the wrong product or the item arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us immediately with photo proof so we can make it right.
